Each product is individually handmade by Claire. Customers must be aware that there may be minimal variations to each card.
The £2.50 cost for each sample ordered is deducted from the total cost of any orders placed by the customer.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due when an order is placed. Orders will not be produced without receipt of a deposit. The outstanding balance is due 28 days before the due delivery date of the order. Wedding stationery will only be dispatched once the final balance has been paid.
In the event of an order being cancelled all completed work that exceeds the deposit must be paid for.
Proof reading is the customer’s responsibility. Claire Watkins Wedding Stationery cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved.
Claire Watkins Wedding Stationery cannot accept liability for delay, loss or damage to goods in dispatch or delivery.
We reserve the right to extend completion date/delivery times of stationery if queries arise or changes are made to orders.
We accept no responsibility for any effects the ageing process may have on the products.
Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. However, any price increase will not affect any confirmed orders at that time.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If Claire Watkins Wedding Stationery experiences difficulty with the supply of materials, the customer will be informed and similar materials will be suggested.
